On the roof, my 30C1002 has a flat roof made from 3 pieces, not the 1 piece clam shell of the 2500/1500 series. There is a seam the goes completely around the roof where the front and back cap join the roof'
That seam needs to be sealed to the fiberglass with a caulk(I use Dicor) as that is where mine was leaking. The seam is a plastic molding with PVC seal strip and screws under the seal strip. Seal between the plastic molding and the roof. I may go back and do the seal strip also just for insurance.
For cleaning the roof do not use a green scrubby, it scratches the fiberglass. There are white scrubbies available(takes some searching) that are softer and work well. I use Vertglass polymer on the exterior, it is sailboat stuff, rather than wax. It's a real aggravation once a year. They have cleaners and white scrubbies also.
Grant up at Bigfoot has been very helpful with any problems even tho they were a different company when they were made.
