Hey Whazoo and Nemo! I wondered when you two would show up. Beautiful night here in the Mojave. The stars are bright, cool night air and not a single light anywhere around me. It is nights like this I really miss my dog. But, you are in luck, I do have a couple of cold beers here for you guys!
As for the venting, I saw that there was some, but my experience with Interstate 6vGC FWC batts is that they gas generously, when heavily used. Thus my comment about; “With heavy use of those FWC GC batteries, there is going to be a lot of off gassing from them.” To possibly consider increasing the venting capability. The OP mentioned that he had 300w of solar, which is a fair amount for a Truck Camper and sufficient for moderate use. The OP didn’t say if he has a Compressor Fridge, if he does that will keep those FWC moving. Even with 14 two inch holes in my battery bank cabinet the off gassing from my 6vGC FWC has eaten all the glue in my wood corners and have corroded through most of my finish nails. So I have a ratchet strap holding the cabinet together. So just word for the wise on the off gassing in confined areas when FWC are exercised often, 12.4v to 15.0v daily, 100 -150 AmpH daily use, nominal.
As for your TC's Cab Over, cut back on the Broccoli and Beans and the venting up there should be fine.
I’ll keep the beer cold, until you get here.
