ALL THAT NOISE IS FROM THE "FIDGETS" THAT POPULATE THE NETHER REGIONS, COLLECTING THE DATA THAT THE GOVERNMENT IS GETTING FROM THE TIN FOIL WE MUST WEAR ON OUR HEADS!
