Adam, that is one beaut of a set-up, which is why you were able to post the picture without issues lol. I wish I had the rear LEDs and will have to look into those. I'd prefer a metal bezel though as my plastic has warped and does not stray caulked very well.
Ah Silver, I've spent many nights on the ground in the Mojave. Used to rock hound as well as hunt rabbits and chukar with my father from 1964 on. How bout the Mojave River?? Camping in winter along the "river" as it were is where I learned to juggle hot rocks from the fire into the flannel sleeping bags of the early sixties. You'd jump in after them, cuddle the rocks till asleep, and wake up in the morning hugging cold rocks. I'm surprised I still like ground camping.
Hey Bryan, well you've got China Lake Naval and Edwards AFB close by that both, I'm sure, have stealth flying going on at night. Plus there's a bombing range out past Cuddeback Dry Lake, which was a bailout landing site for the X15 and indeed I believe one crashed there.
Ok, history lesson over.
Adam, I haven't made an Outfitter badge in a while now but if I can remember how I'll post one for ya, welcome to the club...
