3.55 axle with Ford's 6-spd trans offers a first gear equivalent to Ford's prior 4-spd with a 6.0:1 axle ratio! He has plenty of power and gearing to tow 7500 pounds. Payload and receiver to handle 900+ pounds of tongue weight may be a problem. Skip air bags and spend $500 on a quality WDH, Equal-i-zer 4-pt, Reese Straight Line and learn how to adjust it correctly.
