New to Seasonal Site.

If you like traveling and seeing new things, then a seasonal is not for you! We had a seasonal for a year and i hated it!!! You have to clean up the leaves cut grass and take care of your site. I already do that at home! Last thing i want to do on a nice weekend is the same thing i do at home.
The owners cut our grass, we don't have to rake leaves... heck, we won't have to do anything more than we'd normally do if were only staying the night. It's like anything else, you make your own bed.
Sounds like these folks know what they're getting into.
So I say if you like the idea of a "vacation home" you'll love it.
My advice is pretty simple... be friendly, help when you can and make people feel comfortable
