New to Seasonal Site.

We had a seasonal for 16 years. Two different trailers. New owners after about 12 years. They were good at first then started to nickel dime us. Even wanted to charge for guests, who had to pay to visit, to also pay more to use the pool, unheated by the way. The turning point for us was when the owner found out we had some water damage and said he would have "his guy" check it out if we like. They went inside the trailer without our permission. This is the only guy he would let in and the guy had the gate code so he came and went as he pleased even though he wasn't a tenant. He gave us an "estimate" which was totally bogus, when I refused to hire him he kept badgering me for a $175.00 estimate fee. I never signed anything and didn't agree to pay him anything. I sure the two of them had a kickback arrangement. After that the owner didn't have much to say to me and we couldn't wait to leave, which we did.
