New to Seasonal Site.
Out of the blue we were called to check out a Seasonal Site. We had put our name on the list last year thinking maybe it would happen next year. But we lucked into a nice site and it was hard to pass ...

We made the trip to to the campground Saturday. Got the cover off and the slides opened up. No signs of any winter visitors (critters), so I emptied the tubs that are stored there.
Our roads in the campground are not open yet. The snow is just melting there, so we, along with lots of our neighbors with the same idea, carted belongings to our sites by wagons. We had a group of friends over and had the first campfire of the season. Ahhh, the smell. :-)
Anxious to get back into the groove? Maybe a little. LOL
Our CG will let us walk in, but we cant bring anything in. No fires, and cant take anything out of the camper and leave it out until May 1st.
We can take our cover off, but thats about it.
