You're kidding yourself if you think any type of recreational trailer offers anything more than minimal security as a simple screwdriver will easily break through any RV lock mechanism with little effort. And alarms are only good if someone responds. :R Your new trailer, like most, is designed for occasional occupancy during recreational use, not for full time living. :R
