Your primary consideration for your tow vehicle is it's payload, or the maximum amount of pounds the manufacturer says it can carry. I just did a search for the H3 payload and the first thing I saw was about 1160 to about 1300 and change. If you have 1,000 to 1,200 pounds of people in it, that dog won't hunt.
The numbers are cruel, but they'll keep you out of trouble.
