I wouldn't place too much value in "what the dealer uses to deliver" trailers. Dealers use whatever they have at hand, and also don't tend to keep anything long term. Everything is for sale, and they buy vehicles low and pass them along when a buyer just happens by and they can turn a profit. Since they don't keep long term, they could care less about long term durability. They are passing those potential headaches along to the next owners.
As an end consumer, you will be happier if you have a "good setup". A Durango may very well be that, but I'll leave that to others to hash out. It wouldn't be my choice, but that in itself also doesn't mean much :)
