I really like the navigation system on my 2012 F350. Much better than the Garmin sitting on the dash. Large easy to read screen with lane change information displayed on upcoming turns/exits. And no fiddling with a phone trying to see google maps. And I disagree with being difficult to update. Just order a new DVD, pop it in the system, and it updates the maps and POIs. I do it every couple years on the current and previous trucks and SUVs we have owned. Only downside is the $199 they charge for the DVD.
Factory hitch prep - definitely. Great if you ever do get a 5er. And unseen if you don't.
Tailgate step - love it. My old body doesn't get up like it used to.
Moon roof - I really like it, but I do not carry anything on the roof.
PTO - not for me.
