I just went to the Nitto site and perused the 295x16 size. It does have the 39XX pound rating, maybe the best in a 16" size. They are taller than either the 285x16 or the 305x16 sizes, which may be good for some.
I had a pair of 285x16's in the lower pound rating on the front of my Dodge, but they wore out fairly fast. The other thing was their lack of traction in any kind of snow. Just a big truck tire made for long mileage (which I never saw). So, just a warning if you are looking for a real snow tire in that size.

May I suggest the Toyo OpenCountry AT2s size 295/75/16 with a load index of 128 or 3970 lbs. An extra heavy Duty tire with slide in Camper written all over it. If I wasn't springing for 18s I would be putting these on the factory 16"inch rims.

Will the Toyo OpenCountry AT2s size 295/75/16 fit OEM 16" wheels?
Tx, Bill
Yes, no reason a 295 shouldn't fit as I have 305s mounted on the stock rims.
