I purchased the 1000/10000 Equal i zer. I have not towed the trailer as of yet. I do not have the air suspension. I can let you know how well it does when I get on the road!
We have the exact same trailer / hitch. Tows great with an F 150. I imagine your experience will be similar....enjoy - geekyguruExplorer

Hello there! I'm wondering if your Ram is your tow vehicle? It appears to be a 1500, how does it tow that trailer? I'm pulling a 23' Passport with my Ram 1500 and the gross weight is not a problem but tounge weight is once I load everybody (wife and daughters) in. My weight distribution is a round bar Curt system and I'm wondering if I need to upgrade to a Reese because she feels light on the front end no matter how I adjust the Curt. My truck has the air suspension as well and I'm not sure if that's causing issues. I'm still trying to get to a scale. What are you using for weight distribution?

The man obviously has excellent tastes in tow vehicles! Sorry had to get that in there to light the brand war fuse. :B
OP: I guess your slide is electric. Is it the standard Lippert rack/pinion motor driven or the Schwintek with the rails fastened to the side of the slide box? If Schwintek I have read more than a few posts on this forum about problems with them. If Lippert, might be nothing more than the slide wasn't properly adjusted by the selling dealer (or maybe not even checked?), or as some suggest, maybe a weak battery.
Back to your TV. 1500, 2500, or 3500? Gas or diesel? If a 1500, crew or Mega cab? Payload rating if you know, and yes, how does it tow? I'm curious because I have a 3500 with the oil burner that I really don't need to tow a WhiteHawk, but it is paid for. But, if I can ever persuade the wife to downsize................;)
I havent towed yet. I need to get the WDH hooked up and what not. A friend is using his truck to tow it to a dealer. When I have everything set up, I will def. give you stats. It is a 1500 Crew Cab. (laramie) - haste_makerExplorer II

I am in Hayden, if you were closer I could come to try to help... - Turbo_Diesel_DuExplorerWe bought a new Flagstaff 34ft in May. Had a lot of trouble with the one and only door either it wouldn't open or close. Tongue jack intermittent as well as the switch on the front stabilizers, toilet leaked at top of riser (crooked seal) and the front cap looking like someone had been beating on the plastic with a large hammer. All being fixed under warranty. Really like the triple slide. @500 Ram 6.7 pulls it nicely. JMHO
- DumoldlesExplorerI had similar problems when we got our new TT. Yes, you need to use some sort of shore power to get you batteries up and the shore power should inable your slide to work.

As was mentioned, make sure the battery is fully charged and the trailer is level front to back, side to side and all the stabilizers are down before operating the slide.
