Lets see....I would add lighter fluid for fire starting if you get too hard of wood or not enough kindling and a lighter. If you dont have power jacks, buy an adapter for a socket and bring a cordless screwdriver and run on slow speed, saves a lot of time.
A nice toaster oven is great too....when we recently got our camper, we went to buy a spare toaster for it. Apparently I have lived in a cave the last 10 years as its hard to find a regular toaster anymore, so we bought a 29 dollar toaster oven and its fantastic for quickly heating kids frozen foods.
