With any of the newer DRW 3500's you are going to fall into it. On some of the newer SRW, especially with the camper packages you will also. With a truck a few years older you might escape it. My 08 chevy I just got rid of was rated for 11,400, so I didn't have to worry about it. Anything with a GVWR above 11,500 will put you into CVRA.
