I would have to go with the Ford 6.7 PSD for a all around better looking truck including the interior. If you're looking for a used DRW truck good luck finding a GM since I hardly even see these on the road these days there so rare.
I purchased a new truck in '12 and picked the Super Duty for what I thought was a better overall truck than the rest out there. My truck is almost 3 years old and has 66k miles. To date I replaced the tires, shocks, windshield wipers and that's it. It makes very impressive fuel economy and has awesome power.
This is my third Ford truck after a long line of Chevy trucks.
Bottom line both trucks are very capable and performance wise the Chevy as the edge.
