My trailer is a V-nose and when I first got it 5 years ago I found a slight increase in MPG with the V-nose vs. the prior flat front trailer over the same route and same tow vehicle. Nothing to write home about. If you want good gas mileage don't tow a trailer. I still like our floor plan with the front kitchen and rear bedroom. GoDucks10 is correct in that the batteries and propane tanks are more of a hassle being inside V panel doors rather than easily accessible on the A frame. Also need to have a weight distribution hitch that doesn't have lift chains as the body interferes with the brackets I have Equal-i-zer 4 point. Would I but another? Maybe.
