Most TTs are not flat nosed, they all have sloped or rounded noses. So you are looking at a shallow vertical V vs a broader horizontal V; both of which are in the wind shadow of the tow vehicle. I would not expect any significant improvement in mpg.
I must admit, when I went to an RV show and saw the V front, I thought it was about time they started using that wasted tongue area. However, you still have to seal the roof and odd shapes are not good.
Except for a front kitchen or bathroom I do not see where you gain much usable space, except for a more roomy feel.
It would also mean placing the propane and battery in some sort of storage space in the front or rear.
A V front would not be a deal maker or breakers for me.
