Hello! I feel like I need to weigh in here.
I have a 2009 Kodiak 160SVT and tow it with a 2003 Ford Explorer. I LOVE my camper! It's a dream to tow. If it's just me, I turtle. If I've got family along, I tilt the beds down. No fuss.
My husband and I, before her died this year, spent a month each year in Florida's beautiful state parks. Our little camper was quite comfortable. I've taken several trips with grandchildren, too. Plus, my family reunion is at a central campground each year.
I like sleeping under canvas. We had two PUPs before, but as we got older, we found we needed a bathroom.
I've had no problem with quality issues. Our camper has everything we need and it's all very well designed and executed.
I wish you many years of happy camping!
