For that TT you need 2 of the friction bars.
JMO here but I would ditch that WDH and get a premium hitch like a Hensley Arrow or Pro Pride. Your TT @34'4" OAL and over 8000 lbs loaded will be a load for that F150. Doesn't matter the tow rating as they're over hyped somewhat in the 1/2 ton class. I towed 31' @7300 lbs with a 2010 F150 Max Tow 4x4 145" WB using an EQ WDH with 4pt sway built in. It was a load on a semi windy day.
I found a used Hensley Arrow and used that for my final season. Very, very stable in all conditions. Passing semi's side by side didn't faze the truck or trailer.
