Leveling and stabilizing are 2 separate functions.
Leveling is necessary for the fridge. Stabilizing is for comfort.
First - level side to side by putting blocks under the wheels on the low side. You can put a block under 1 wheel if you just need a little rise. A block under both will lift more. Add as much as needed.
Second - level front to back by using the tongue jack.
Third - stabilize the trailer if you wish. It is not necessary but makes it more comfortable. Use the stabilizers (they are called that for a reason) to help keep the trailer from bouncing as you move around inside. Jacks under the frame will add more stability if you wish to go to that much work and carry that much stuff.
It doesn't take long. Enjoy your camping.
