Place the level in the fridge for your initial leveling. That's the most sensitive part, so you want to level for it.

Once you've leveled it, you can immediately attach levels outside the trailer - adjust the levels so they show the trailer is level (regardless of what the outside really says).

This will ensure that you are always leveling for the fridge.
