Newbie fed up with so much misinformation on set up of a TT

2010 Eagle 318RLS: Uggggggggggg!!!! My eyes grow weary of reading so many articles on how to properly set up the travel trailer. I don't know who to believe anymore. I don't know what to believe anymo...

I use the kitchen counter as my level surface.
Why? Because it is easier than lurching down on the floor.
Once it seemed level enough I stuck a bubble level on the exterior... even easier now.
