Newbie fed up with so much misinformation on set up of a TT

Never heard of anyone getting that stressed out about levelling their RV. Blocks on one side (both tires) so it's fairly level side to side and use the tongue jack to level it front to back. It's not just about the fridge as I prefer stuff not to roll off the counter or table when I put them down and I also prefer to sleep in a level position.

I tilt mine slightly towards the non-camping side so AC condensation drips on that side instead of where I'm sitting.
