Hi and thank you for your response! It is just me and my lab just for clarification and I plan to eventually permanently land somewhere with small house. Right now I am looking for where that might be and have some fun doing it. I am looking in the 20 ft+ something range. I am used to small space. My house is 760 sq. ft. Has to have a bathroom and shower. Thanks for your response and valid points. That helps.
You probably will be limited to trailers like the "Casita" as long as you are going to limit yourself to a 6 cylinder truck. Look up light weight trailers on the web. Another consideration is the location of where you are going to temporary live i.e. cold, heat, rain etc.
