You will have a hard time avoiding exceeding the payload of the truck.

Get the truck weighed first. Subtract that weight from the GVWR. Now you will know how much payload is available for the motorcycle, passengers, gear, and trailer tongue.

The tongue weight of any TT will be 12-14% of the loaded weight so by determining how much tongue weight capacity you have, you'll know how much loaded TT you can tow.
