Living full time in a weekend RV is doable if and that is a big IF you plan to always be in warm climates. If your in the northern tier it can get might cold in a poorly insulated RV. To get insulation can be had in your price range, but your truck would struggle when empty. Add 400+ pounds to the trucks bed, 300 pounds worth of bodies in the seats and your trucks available payload could he as little as 3-400 pounds. Meaning anything could put you into an extreme over loaded situation. Something has to give here. Either the bike, the truck, or your idea. It is just not practicle given your current idea.
