Good friends of ours had a class A. Real nice pusher with triple slides. His wife is similar, more of the indoor camper and he's is the outdoor guy. He hated the motorhome for that exact reason,, sucks to break camp to explore (not to mention hard to explore or go have dinner in town with a MH too).
They just bought a huge fiver toyhauler. They are happy now, can take the toys, has a truck to run around in and she has her fireplace and 50" TV...lol. We laugh cause the toyhauler is nicer than there home they live in.
For a toyhauler big enough to put your boat in you would be right back in the same situation...buyer a bigger truck.
We have another set of friends that take her Tahoe and tow the boat and he pulls the trailer. They say it works....
I'd be inclined to do that...keep your setup and take two vehicles. It sounds expensive with fuel....but price out a new fiver, class c and new truck....buys a lot of fuel.
