Once you get back into those range of years you can expect anything and everything to work or not. For something that old it's on a case by case basis. You can find some remarkable units and some that haven't seen anything running but water into them. Leaks are the #1 thing to check, once they leak from the roof or windows it becomes a lot of work to restore. Also, check running gear and tire wear. Any wear on the sides of tread will indicate a potential axle problem.
