Also the weight of any weight distributing Hitch adds to your cargo weight total.
All that just in case and we might need for the kids or guests items add up FAST. assume you will get close to the GTWR for your tow and somewhere between 10-15% of that will be the tongue weight. The tongue weight is part of your cargo capacity and usually gets added to your TT GTWR over the TT GAWR (axle rating).
After the fact, I discovered the east-west (sideways) bed is a BIG problem at night. We decided against a north-south Murphy bed but now would accept it after a couple years with the other. The Murphy would have given us a daytime couch but we didn't want the changeover daily. Just some consideration.
