Im hooked to ele at campsite, my Unit a 2016 Sportsman 28 ft unit. Is my house batt being charged. I understand I have not provided you with the info regarding my on board Ele system

Yes but there also other ways to recharge your house battery....solar and generators. Me thinks you need some basic RV electric reading.
