Newbie question chg house batt
Im hooked to ele at campsite, my Unit a 2016 Sportsman 28 ft unit. Is my house batt being charged. I understand I have not provided you with the info regarding my on board Ele system

Get a digital multi meter as you'll need it at times. You should see about 13.2 volts when the converter is in float mode and the battery is fully charged.
When you are not plugged in the converter won't be charging the battery so the voltage will drop to about 12.6 or 12.7 when fully charged. As you use the battery the voltage will drop. For a Group 27 or similar battery you don't want to discharge much below 12.2 volts.
