I think you mid-read the manual and have at least 7600# tow capacity.

This is the way I understand it....

Page 254
Footnote #1 -> "Do not exceed a trailer weight of 5100 pounds unless the vehicle is equipped with the Heavy Duty Trailer Tow Package or the MAX Trailer Tow Package".
So my understanding is that if I have the Heavy Duty Trailer Tow Package or the MAX Trailer Tow Package, then my Maximum Loaded Trailer Weight is 7600 pounds.
If I do not have the Heavy Duty Trailer Tow Package or the MAX Trailer Tow Package, then the 5100 pound limit takes precedence.
