my insurance company told me mine was covered with my truck policy. After reading my policy I couldn't find anything to show it was covered. I went into my local office and they printed me up a copy of what the company uses to show that there is a camper and the information on it. My local agent couldn't tell me why the policy that came n the mail didn't made reference to it, but the form he gave me showed that it was covered on or off the truck. So yes if you have Shield of Shelter.
