There is usually a water fill station as well. You should have plenty of water if you had your water tank full, but you can fill it there as well. Yes, we actually don't always dump until we get closer to home and let everything slush around and break up, then dump at a State Park close to home. We fill with our home water. Our son has a TT and does the same thing and has not had a problem. If you leave the black tank dry, there can be some residue left and it will dry on. Until you are ready to park the camper, I would suggest to always have a little water in the black tank w/treatment.
