So i have towed the TT with the Liberty in 20-30mph winds and down pour rain home and also towed it to go camping this weekend in 20-30mph gust and home on a calm day.The liberty did great imo no sway...

There are so many variables involved I wouldn't know where to begin.
The suspension on a 95 model year vehicle would probably be much different than one a decade newer. I guess a test tow, would be in order.
