Newbie towing question posting again
So i have towed the TT with the Liberty in 20-30mph winds and down pour rain home and also towed it to go camping this weekend in 20-30mph gust and home on a calm day.The liberty did great imo no sway...

I don't know the engine specs of either of those engines, but I'd suspect your 06 V6 probably has about the same power as the 95 5.2 V8...
So, since you've now towed it with the 06 and you said it did "great" why the interest in the 95?
Up those same hills, you'll probably still be pulling 4000 rpms going 50 mph with the 95.. Or at best, maybe 3500 rpms going 50mph.. ;)
I'd say that if you were satisfied with the initial tow, and in those kind of wind gusts, you are doing okay??
If your pants weren't 'soiled' after the tow, call it good and give it another try or two before you ditch the setup.. :)
