Newbie towing question posting again

Can't let this thread end on that note. I'm not sure how someone new to towing can know what to expect, and then correctly diagnose the experience. Of course, do whatever you want, but since you came here looking for advice, don't stick your head in the sand because you didn't hear what you wanted. Learn how to do the math and objectively consider the results. If you need help, then please ask - lots of people will, that's why this forum exists. As I've stated in the past, budget should not override safety. Call me conservative if you want - but know that I could care less - especialy when I'm going down the road with my family.
