Newbie travel trailer buyer question - to slide out or not

When we were younger we liked not having a slide out,mainly because we partied more then and we liked being able to go home and go to bed when we wanted to not when everyone else thought they would. we are now in our 70's and have purchased a larger TT with two slides, we do like the room they provide and we have had this TT since 2009 and still no leaks. you take care of the seals and you will not have leaks. with the 10 yr old I would get the slide out model, just my 2 cents
