Newbie travel trailer buyer question - to slide out or not

Google is your friend, Google schwintek slide problems, or slide problems in general.

I will disagree that all slides are problem free. Ask a rv repair service as well.

That said for me the space it adds is worth having a slide even though it has a potential for problems in the future.

It also makes a difference how often you trade, maintenance and construction.
