Newbie...what are typical annual maintenance costs?

The only think I can think of is the cost of the water heater anode, a water filter for the incoming water, repacking the earnings at what ever interval you choose, tires to replace when you need to replace.....etc...Replacement of battery when it becomes less efficient....

Other than that, that is all I can think of
