Newbie...what are typical annual maintenance costs?

Just small things basically. Just learn to do the winterizing /dewinterizing, repack the bearings yourself. Check the roof seams and seals, you will get familiar with it and you will know when to reseal. You'll save money, learn your rig, and most of all you will know everything has been done correctly. Don't overthink it.
