For your needs, a Honda or Yamaha 2000 watt unit will do the job well, plus they are the quietest and most fuel efficient to boot. They run about $1000 but are good investments and can be resold used for about 80% of their purchase price. With such minimal dry camping, you might consider just adding a second battery and a small inverter to run your TV for maybe $200 if you don't mind using a French press or stovetop perculator for coffee as many do who camp off the grid often. Just FYI, a battery is always needed as it is required for trailer brakes when traveling. Enjoy your new Tracer!!!
