When I was researching my truck, I spent a lot of time in the respective diesel forums. You'll get a lot more exposure to people who have the model you're considering. The Duramax forum I found most informative was www.dieselplace.com. Can't find the bookmarks but between Google and members here you should be able to find the forums for Ford and Dodge/Ram.
