My experience is with Ford's. 05 250 with 6.0 replaced injectors at 64k miles then deleted egr sold with 134k.
08 450 dually with 6.4, replaced a sensor on exhaust on back of motor, maybe 40k miles. I was pulling FW on interstate around Pittsburgh when it went into limp mode. Sold with 64k miles.
12 350 with 6.7 never had any engine issues other than serpentine belt traded in Feb with 100k miles.
Currently have 16 350 with 6.7 with 10k miles. Best so far especially with the exhaust break. Biggest problem I have with the 6.7 is that I can't keep tires on the rear to last more than 20k miles.
