All brands have *some* issues, because people aren't perfect, QC isn't perfect, and you are going to hear about them because people like to complain. You never hear from the ones who are not having any major issues unless you really twist their arms.
However, by and large all three brands are reliable in that the vast majority of vehicles are either trouble-free or have minor issues covered under warranty.
Nothing is guaranteed. You pays your money and you takes your chances. Drive all three and pick the one you like the most and/or the one that gives you the best deal.
