I've only had the middle versions, but I do like my 6.4. I can't imagine a better version. Doing almost empty trailer back from Montana makes me wonder if it's like 3.73 instead of the 4.30. Thw mountains, loaded or not, don't impact the truck at all even with the TC and wife's uncle's travel trailer.
