I traded in a 2006 F-150, 5.4 Supercab, 3.73 limited slip, towing pkg. with a cat back exhaust, cold air intake, Evolution Edge programmer set on towing mode and a rebuilt transmission with heavy duty converter, heavy clutch packs, reprogrammed valve body and shift kit with only 49k one owner miles for a 2014 F-150 Ecoboost 3.55 electronic locking rear with tow pkg and there is absolutely no comparison at all. They are in no way similar and the 5.4 was a complete dog towing the exact same toy hauler on the exact same roads with the exact same loads and time of the year. If I didn't experienc it myself I would not have believed the difference, night and day. This is my 6th F series Ford and by far the best hands down.
