Nighttime Ventilation questions for newbie..AC or Fan?

We have a small oscillating 120V fan that is on the TV shelf (we don't use a TV) in the bed room and that seems to do the trick for us.
The Air conditioner fan is way too loud, and the small fan is quiet.
Along with it we keep the overhead vents open
Works good in our 25 foot TT
